  • Election of Clubhouse Committee officers
  • The following Clubhouse Committee roles will be elected at the meeting:

              Chairperson,    

              Vice Chairperson

Please notify the acting Club Secretary @ (tim.bowdery@ntlworld.com) if you wish to stand for one of the above elected roles, at least 7 days before the AGM (i.e. by 23rd June 2022). Nominees for elected roles must be proposed and seconded by club members (with all names and contacts to be provided, please).

  • Nominations will also be invited (on the night) for consideration, for the following Clubhouse Committee roles:

              Finance Officer

              Clubhouse Secretary

              Membership Officer

              Maintenance Officer

              Communications Officer

             

Health & Safety Officer

  • AOB

Any member wishing to raise an item of any other business must give notice to the acting Club Secretary at least 7 days before the AGM (i.e. by 23rd June 2022).
